Sönke Kühl


Sönke is managing director and part owner of ESTB GmbH. Sönke has worked for more than 20 years for international companies like BAT, Checkpoint System and Grohe in the field of purchasing and supply chain. Since 2010 he has developed the company ESTB GmbH to a full service provider in manufacturing and supply chain.
Furthermore, in the last few years he has trained as a certified coach and mediator and completed various advanced training courses in the field of communication. The development of employees and teams is his passion.

Sönke studied Business Administration at the European University of Flensburg and Languages and International Trade at Portsmouth University. He has been active in CSCMP since 2008.

Dr.-Ing. Michael Kluger

Vice President – Education Chair

Michael is Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer at Neovia Logistics, based in Irving, Texas (USA), and in this role has global responsibility for the company’s operations at the >100 locations where Neovia operates logistics sites for its customers.
Dr.-Ing. Michael A. Kluger was a founding member of the CSCMP Roundtable Germany in 2001 and is currently CSCMP Vice President and Lecturer.

Michael has spent his entire career in logistics and supply chain management. In 1991, he started working at the Fraunhofer Institute for Material Flow and Logistics in Dortmund, Germany, where his last position was Head of Simulation Based Planning and Operations Management, before joining Ryder Integrated Logistics as Director Logistics Engineering Europe in 1996. At the end of 1999 he became Manager Inbound Material Flow & Logistics Europe at Ford, based in Cologne. After 5 years at Ford, Michael joined Fiege Holding as Director Business Development, which he left after another 5 years in April 2009 to become a member of the Management Board of Schenker Deutschland AG. In this position he was responsible for contract logistics in the “Central Region” covering Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Switzerland.
In 2013, Michael started working at Neovia Logistics, where he has been leading the global operations as COO since September 2019.
He holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Dortmund, Germany and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Stefan Lier


Stefan is Professor for Logistics and Supply Chain Management at the South-Westphalian University of Applied Sciences. In teaching he applies gamification approaches with supply chain management games. His research areas include modularized production and logistics, industry 4.0, technology assessment and sustainability.

During his career he worked for companies like BMW, Audi and Thyssenkrupp in the fields of logistics and supply chain management. Since 2009 he also works together with companies from the process industries like Bayer, Evonik, BASF or Merck.

Stefan achieved a diploma at TU Dortmund and a master at Georgia Institute of Technology in Industrial Engineering and Management as well as a PhD at Ruhr-Universität Bochum. He is active within CSCMP since 2006.

Thorsten Schröer

Vice President and Program Manager

Currently he is the Director & Global Industry Leader for Watson IoT at the IBM Corporation. In this function he is responsible for the worldwide business and solution portfolio in the field of manufacturing and industry 4.0.

Thorsten spent more than 20 years in the industrial area doing extensive consulting work across supply chain, operations, and business strategy. Previous he held several leading functions on European and global level with focus on the electronics industry.

He holds a diploma in mechanical engineering at Technical University of Dortmund and a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta/Georgia USA. He is active in the CSCMP since 1996.

Pablo Guido

Vice President Young Professionals & Students Chair

Pablo is Global Product Strategy Manager – Ocean at Rhenus Logistics Air & Ocean in Hilden near Düsseldorf. He is the link between the global COO and the regional CEOs and product managers for all strategic topics related to the ocean freight product. This includes strategy development/implementation tasks, as well as projects in the areas of system integrations, operations, procurement and tariff management on a global level. After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Breda (NL) in 2018, Pablo started his professional life with the Management Trainee Program at Rhenus Air & Ocean.

Since 2017, Pablo has been an active member of the CSCMP Roundtable Germany, having participated as a student assistant at the CSCMP EDGE Supply Chain Conference in Atlanta 2017, as well as other conferences in Europe. He has been the 2nd Chair of CSCMP Roundtable Germany e.V. and VP of Membership since 2021.

Christoph is founder and CEO of aioneers, a software and consulting company for digital supply chain solutions in Mannheim. With the AIOplatform, aioneers offers a leading software system for the digitalization of tactical optimization measures in supply chains. Together with aioneers, Christoph works on the systematic, continuous performance improvement of supply chains and sustainable management of supply chains, e.g. by reducing CO2 emissions and building closed material loops.
Prior to founding aioneers, Christoph was Head of Supply Chain & Operations at Ernst & Young for 7 years, responsible for the EMEIA region, and before that worked for 14 years on the board of J&M Management Consulting. Christoph started as a consultant in 1996 at KPMG Management Consulting in Frankfurt.
Christoph studied computer science at the University of Karlsruhe (now: KIT) and received his doctorate in the special research area Computer Integrated Design and Manufacturing of Components. He is a lecturer for Supply Chain Management at the TU Darmstadt and the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and co-editor of the book Supply Chain Management and Advanced Planning, which has been published in 5 editions by Springer-Verlag.
In addition to his work at aioneers, Christoph is a member of the Board of Directors of Döhler Group SE in Darmstadt, a global player in the food industry.

Gabriele Hennecke

Gabriele Hennecke

Gabriele Hennecke works for Siemens Healthineers as IT Functional Business Partner SCM.In this and previous role her tasks were to simplify the logistical project handling in this complex environment, to make it more transparent and faster, without sacrificing the flexibility that is necessary in the project environment, through continuous improvements and the introduction of various digital solutions. Gaby Hennecke started her career at Lotus Development and worked in various software companies before she started working for Siemens in central IT purchasing in 1999. Due to her work in OEM purchasing, she got to know the different vertical solutions of the group and later supported the introduction of digital mammography. During a 3-year stay in South Africa, in which she was involved in the introduction of a new SAP system (responsible for supply chain processes), she discovered her pronounced affinity for logistics and since then has been performing various tasks in the area of supply chain / logistics with responsibility for optimization projects including related IT solutions.

Gaby is an active active member of CSCMP since early 2017 and has been a speaker on the EDGE Events in the USA.

Maik Pannok

Young Professionals & Studenten Beauftragte

Maik is a research assistant in the Department of Logistics and Supply Chain Management at the University of Applied Sciences Südwestfalen. As part of this work, he is pursuing a doctorate in the research field of modular intralogistics systems for the supply and disposal of modular production facilities in the chemical industry.
Previously, he was a consultant in the automotive sector at Consileon Business Consultancy GmbH in Karlsruhe. There he worked as a project member in requirements management and business process modeling. During his studies, Maik was employed as a student assistant at the Fraunhofer Institute for Material Flow and Logistics IML in Dortmund. Here he supported projects in the area of Supply Chain Engineering and Enterprise Resource Planning.
Maik completed his B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management at the Technical University of Dortmund.

He has been active in CSCMP since 2020.

Annelisse Heinichen Yubi


Annelisse graduated with honors from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management and Marketing in May 2019. During this time she completed a Supply Chain internship at Challenger Sports as a WMS Operations Assistant and began participating in the CSCMP Kansas City Roundtable. In 2018, she received the CSCMP KC-Heartland Roundtable Award and represented the KC team at the EDGE 2018 Supply Chain Conference & Exhibition in Nashville, USA.

After graduating, she began her professional career in September 2019 as a Consultant at DEPOSCO, Inc. in Atlanta, USA. From September 2020 to April 2021, she worked for the company as a Customer Success Specialist and Business Processes Advocate. During this time she was a member of the CSCMP Atlanta Roundtable.

Annelisse moved to Germany in April 2021. She is currently taking part in a cultural exchange program for one year with the aim of language acquisition (C2). Following that, her ambition is to obtain a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management at a German University. Her focus is on expanding the area of ​​Customer Success and Project Management.
